Tomato Soup Recipe- 1 kg Tomatoes - 1 carrot -2.5 ltrs Stock -1 table spoon Sago-1 Large Onion-salt and pepper to taste

to Prepare |
|
Wash vegetables. Chop tomatoes roughly. Chop the vegetables finely. Fry vegetables in hot butter for a few minutes. Add stock and seasoning. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat, pour through a sieve. Rub vegetables through sieve. Return to saucepan, stir in 1 table spoon of sago and boil until sago is cooked. |
