60g butter60g plain flourSalt and pepper2 cups Milk

1. Melt butter. Remove from heat. Add Flour and Mix until Smooth. Add Salt and Pepper. 2. Gradually stir in milk, Keeping mixture free from lumps. 3. Heat, stiring all the time until the mixture boils and thinkens. 4. Boil for 2 mins5.Combine the tuna and white sauce in a casserole dish.6. Top with breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes, or crushed potato chips and heat in a moderate oven for 30 mins.
