Pruscitto and Roasted Capsicum Sandwich Recipe
2 slices sandwich bread or any other types of bread you have available eg ciabatta, focaccia, bread rolls.
3 slices cheese
2 cherry tomatoes
1 piece roasted capsicum
1 slice pruscitto
1 ts basil pesto

to Prepare |
|
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
Add basil pesto to both of the sanwich slices and add 1 1/2 slice of cheese on both of them. Cut the cherry tomatoes in nice slices and cut the roasted capsicum and pruscitto in nice pieces and sprinkle them all on top of the cheese.
Put the sanwiches in the oven and grill for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rocket salad.
