 Ingredients

Chicken Schnitzel Baguette Recipe

1 - 2 chicken schnitzels
2 Baguettes, or other bread  (eg.bread rolls, foccacias, ciabatta etc)
4 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes
2 slices pineapple
4 slices nutty cheese (swiss, jarlsberg etc)
mayonnaise
salt & pepper

 How to Prepare
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

1. Either fry the chicken schnitzels in a fry pan or grill them in the oven.
2. Slice the baguettes in half and add the chicken schnitzel, pineapple and cheese on both top halves. Leave all the 4 bread halves in oven for about 10 minutes.
3. On the empty halves add lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt & pepper.
4.Add the baguettes with the chicken schnitzels on top of the ones with salad and serve alone or with mixed salad and fries.
