Ingredients: 200 gr flour1 dl lukewarm water 1/2 small sachet yeast 1 teaspoon sugar salt 3 tablespoons olive oilPizza Garnish
Pizza Sauce
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Tomatoes
Prosciutto
Rocked salad
Garlic Oil

Pizza Dough Preparation: Mix the water (± 35°C/95°F) and yeast until yeast is dissolved. Sift the flour in a bowl and mix in salt and sugar. Make a little hole in the middle and add water/yeast mixture. Stir the water from the middle into the flour. Add olive oil. Knead well to a smooth, non sticking dough. Let the dough in a covered bowl about 30 minutes to 1 hour
rise on a warm spot until the dough has doubled.Prepare: Knead the dough a minute and make a ball. Roll the ball on a flour dusted workspace to a very thin (some mm)
circle of 30 cm. Put the pizza crust bottom on a baking sheet and let
rise on a warm spot for 20 à 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 280°C (fan oven 260°C). Pizza Garnish Preparation:
Spread Pizza Sauce on the base Add Mozzarella Add sliced fresh tomatoes Add some salt and pepper Add thin slices of Prosciutto over the whole pizza
Let cook in oven for about 20 minutes
Add rocket salad and drizzle with garlic oil before serving.
