Prawn and Dill Sauce Pasta Recipe

Pasta fettuchine
-
1 onion (finely chopped)
-
2 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 green apple (cut in small dices)
-
1 1/2 dl white wine
-
1/2 dl cream
-
1 1/2 ts tomato paste
-
1 small ts sugar
-
1 dl chopped dill
-
30 medium sized prawns
-
salt & pepper to taste

to Prepare |

Add garlic, onion and apples in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes
-
Add tomato paste, white wine and cream. Let it cook for 10-15 miutes.

In the meanwile cook the fettuchine for 4 people.

Add dill, sugar, salt & pepper.
-
Right before serving add the prawns and let simmer until cooked through.
-
Serve on top of fettuchine pasta. |
