Creamy Herb Sauce and Prosciutto Pasta Recipe
-
Spaghetti or other pasta
-
100 gr butter
-
1 garlic clove (minced)
-
100 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
-
4 dl cream
-
1 dl finely chopped fresh basil and dill (can also use other herbs)
-
100 - 150 gr prosciutto (cut in mid size pieces)
-
salt & pepper to taste

to Prepare |

Boil water with salt & oil for the pasta to cook.

Melt the butter in a saucespan add the garlic and prosciutto, let cook for 2-3 minutes
-
Add cream and then the parmesan cheese. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the herbs and let cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Taste with salt & pepper.

Serve the sauce over the pasta with fresh grated parmesan cheese on top.
