Quantity is for one person.
1 Veal steak 1/4 intch thick 1 pineapple ring 1 slice mozzarella cheese 1 can of tomato juice

to Prepare |
|
1. Coat Veal in egg and bread crumbs
2. Brown in butter in frypan
3. Place pineapple ring on top
4. Top with chese.
5. Pour tomato juice around steaks.
6. Season and cook for 15 - 20 mins. The Cheese will melt and with the tomato juice forms a sauce.
