Veal Cordon Bleu Recipe
8 small veal cutlets or veal steaks 1 egg Bread crumbs 1 cup sour cream Bacon Onion Tasty Cheese Salt and Pepper

to Prepare |
|
1. Place a slice of onion, piece of bacon and slice of tasty cheese on end of veal.
2. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
3. Roll veal in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
4. Brown on all sides in butter.
5. Place in a casserole dish.
6. Pour over sherry and sour cream.
7. Bake in a moderate oven for 45 mins. or until tender.
