250 g puff pastry 250 g sausage meat 60g Peanuts Chopped 3 hard boiled eggs 1 large tomato

to Prepare |
|
1. Roll pastry into oblong shape 25 cm x 20 cm
2. Mix sausage meat and peanuts together and press down the cente of pastry.
3. Lay sliced eggs and tomato in layers on top.
4. Cut sides of pastry in 1/2 inch strips.
5 Damp the tip of each strip and plait alternative strips over the mixture.
6. Seal ends and brush with milk or beaten egg
7. Bake at 215 c for 20 to 30 mins.
8. Serve with salad.
