 Ingredients

Easter Bunny Biscuits Recipe

  • 90g butter or substitute

  • 125g sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 250g Plain flour

  • pinch salt

  • 4 tee spoons mixed spice

  • 30g currants

  • egg white

  • sugar & cinnamon mix

 How to Prepare
  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Beat in egg, then add sieved flour, salt, spice and currants.

  3. Mix well and form into a dough.

  4. Cut out with a rabbit-shaped cutter. Brush with egg white and dip in sugar & cinnamon mix.

  5. Add currant for eyes.

  6. Bake near the top of a moderate oven for 15-18 mins.
