Zucchini and Spinach Casserole Recipe

1 Bunch Zucchini (as required)

1 Bunch Spinach (as required)

Grated Cheese

1 Clove Garlic, Crushed

Salt and Pepper |

to Prepare |
|
1. Boil water in 2 separate saucepans
2. Cook a bunch of each vegetable until soft.
3. Drain and break up with knife
4. Place a layer of each vegetable in a casserole dish
5. Add half of the grated cheese, and the crushed garlic
6. Repeat until spinach and zucchini and used
7. Finish with more cheese, salt and pepper
8. Brown in oven (180c) or (350f)
