Roasted Herb Potatoes Recipe

500 grams potatoes
-
1/2 table spoon of mixed herbs
-
1 table spoon salt
-
1/2 table spoon pepper
-
2 table spoons butter |

to Prepare |
|
1. Cut potatoes into 1cm slices and place in base of greased casserole dish
2. Combine half a tablespoon of mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a sprinkle some on first layer.
3. Continue layers untill all potatoes are used, remembering to sprinkle herb and salt and peper mix on each layer also adding small amounts of butter on each layer.
4. Cover and bake for 1 and a half hours. |
