 Ingredients

Cheese and Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

2 Foccacias
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped pieces)
1 Red Onion' (finely chopped pieces)
1/4 Spring Onion (chopped in slices)
1 Tbs Balsamico Vinegar
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Butter
Cheese
Salt & Pepper

 How to Prepare

Firstly turn the oven on to 210 degrees

Cut the Foccacias in half and spread with butter.

Mix the olive oil and the balsamico dressing.

Add the tomatoes and onion to the mix.

Add a nice layer of the mix on all the four foccacia halves.

Add some salt and pepper and add cheese on top.

Leave in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Sprinkle with spring onion'
