500 g. Cheddar cheese
2 Table spoons chopped gherkin
125 g. chopped ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tee spoon lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley or walnuts

to Prepare |
|
1. In bowl comebine finely chopped cheese, gherkin, ham, stir in lemon juice and mayonnaise.
2. Shape into ball or balls, role in parsley or walnuts. Refigerate till firm- at least 1/2 day if not more. |
