Basic Scrambled Eggs Recipe

4 eggs
-
4 tbs water or milk
-
2 tbs fresh chopped chives
-
1 tbs butter to cook
-
salt & pepper |

to Prepare |

Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Add the butter to a frying pan on mediun heat and add the egg mix when the butter is melted and warm.

Cook for 30 seconds and use a spatula or flat-edged wooden spoon to push set eggs toward centre of pan tilting pan to allow uncooked egg mixture to run over base. Repeat 2-3 times

The eggs will cook for a while after they are taken of the heat, it is therefore important to not cook it to hard as that might overcook the eggs.
