 Ingredients

Basic Scrambled Eggs Recipe

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tbs water or milk

  • 2 tbs fresh chopped chives

  • 1 tbs butter to cook

  • salt & pepper

 How to Prepare
  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

  2. Add the butter to a frying pan on mediun heat and add the egg mix when the butter is melted and warm.

  3. Cook for 30 seconds and use a spatula or flat-edged wooden spoon to push set eggs toward centre of pan tilting pan to allow uncooked egg mixture to run over base. Repeat 2-3 times

  4. The eggs will cook for a while after they are taken of the heat, it is therefore important to not cook it to hard as that might overcook the eggs.
