Asparagus and Proscuitto Appetizer Recipe
- 15 asparagus
- 200 gr prosciutto
- 100 gr brie or parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- fresh grounded pepper

to Prepare |
|
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees
- Wash the asparagus and snap off the ends
- Lay the asparagus spears in a shallow pan and cover with lightly salted boiling water. Let cook for 3 minutes.
- Make bunts of 3-4 asparagus and wrap a slice of prosciutto around them.
- Lay the asparagus bunts on a tray and sprinkle with olive oil and fresh grounded pepper. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Add brie or parmesan cheese on top of each bunt and cook for another 3 minutes.
