 Ingredients

Asparagus and Proscuitto Appetizer Recipe

  • 15 asparagus
  • 200 gr prosciutto
  • 100 gr brie or parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • fresh grounded pepper

 How to Prepare
  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  2. Wash the asparagus and snap off the ends
  3. Lay the asparagus spears in a shallow pan and cover with lightly salted boiling water. Let cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Make bunts of 3-4 asparagus and wrap a slice of prosciutto around them.
  5. Lay the asparagus bunts on a tray and sprinkle with olive oil and fresh grounded pepper. Cook for 7 minutes.
  6. Add brie or parmesan cheese on top of each bunt and cook for another 3 minutes.
