 Ingredients
    * 1 cup strong coffee
    
* 0.5 cup Marsala wine
    
* 2 tablespoons cognac, brandy or brown rum
    
* 1 pk savoiardi (ladyfinger cookies )
    
* 5 eggs yolks
    
* 2 cups sugar
    
* 200 g mascarpone (cream cheese)
    
* 2 cups whipping cream
    
* 40 g chocolate
    * 2 tbs cocoa powder

 How to Prepare
1. Mix coffee, marsala and cognac, brandy or rum in a large bowl. Let the coffe cool until room temperature. When it has reached the correct temperature, dip biscuits then into the mixture and place it in a deep form.

2. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

3. Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a double boiler, over boiling water. Reduce heat to low, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and whip yolks until thick and lemon colored.

4. Gently add the mascarpone cheese to the mixture and beat until combined.

5. Whisk the cream and carefully fold into egg yolk mixture.


6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa powder. You can also make a double layer if you prefer.
7. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
