315g (10oz.) Frozen Strawberries and Raspberries partially thawed 2 Egg whites 1 Cup Castor Sugar 1 Small double cream

to Prepare |
|
1. Whip cream, not too thick and set aside. 2. Whisk egg whites in a large bowl, add sugar gradually. 3. Add berries and juice gradually, and beat until the bowl is full, should be around 15 minutes. 4. Fold in cream and pile on to a pie or cake plate and freeze until stiff (about 4 hours)
Garnish with berries before serving. |
