Mango Ice Cream Recipe

2 egg yolks
-
40 gr sugar
-
1 matured (soft) mango
-
3 dl cream
-
1 ts vanilla sugar |

to Prepare |

Peel the mango, cut out the stone and mash until pureed.

Whip cream and vanilla sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

Whip egg and sugar until stiff.

Mix the cream mix and egg mix gently together.

Add mango puree to the mix and lightly stir together.
-
Leave in fridge for at least 4 hours.

Serve ice cream with fresh mango
