Chocolate Cake Recipe

2 dl sugar
-
2 eggs
-
1 big cup self rising flour
-
1 tbs cocoa
-
1,5 ts vanilla sugar
-
1 dl orange juice
-
100 gr melted butter
Icing
-
50 gr melted butter
-
2,5 dl icing sugar
-
2 ts vanilla sugar
-
3 ss strong coffee
-
Red berries to garnish |

to Prepare |
|
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 20 cm ring tin.
- Add egg and sugar in a bowl, using an electric mixer blend until light and fluffy (approx 10 - 15 minutes).
- In a bowl add all the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl add the orange juice and the melted butter.
- In turns add dry mix and liquid mix into the egg and sugar mix.
- Cook for about 20 minutes
Icing
Mix everything together and add it on the cake when the cake has cooled down after cooking. |
