 Ingredients

Chocolate Brownies Recipe

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cup self rising flour

  • 1 ts vanilla sugar

  • 150 gr dark cooking chocolate (diced)

  • Nuts (optional)

 How to Prepare

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan
  2. Add sugar and cocoa powder to the melted butter and stir well.
  3. Take the saucepan off the stove and add the eggs one by one, quickly stir so the eggs don't get lumpy.
  4. Put the saucepan back to the heat plate and add flour, vanilla sugar and chocolate (nuts).
  5. Add to a brownie pan and cook in oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
