 FORUM: cooking healthier hot chips
 I have found that you dont need to deep fry hot chips It is just as nice laying them in the oven on some baking paper Apart from eachother, a bit of oil can help to make them extra Crispy. This sure beats having them cooked in Trans fats.....

 Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry (Wok)

400 gr chicken fillets

2 tbs olive oil

1 big carrot

1/2 red capsicum

1/2 yellow casicum

1 red ="2">1 small broccoli

100 gr cashew nuts

 

Sauce:

2 ss honey

2 ss sweet chili sauce

1 ss white wine vinegar

2 ss soya sauce

Optional: Serve with rice

 How to Prepare

Cut all the ingredients in nice pieces.

Add the chicken pieces to a wok pan with the olive oil. Cook until tender. Add all the vegetables and cashew nuts and cook for aprrox 3 minutes.

Mix all the sauce ingedients together and stir well.

Add the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and cook for about a minute or so.
