Fried Rice with Sausages and Pineapple Recipe

8 dl cooked rice
-
2 cans pineapple (in nice pieces)
-
2 eggs (scrambled)
-
4 sausages (in slices)
-
3 spring onions (sliced)
-
3 carrots (thinly sliced)
-
2 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 ts ginger (minced)
-
1 tbs soy sauce |

to Prepare |

Fry the sausages and put aside.
-
Add the eggs to the fry pan and stir until scrambled.

Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.

Add the rest of the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minues.

Add the sausages and the rice and cook for a couple of minutes.

Taste with soy sauce and salt and pepper |
