Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Icing Recipe 2 Eggs 125 gr sugar 135 gr self rising flour 1 ts vanilla sugar 50 gr melted butter 1/2 dl cream 3 matured bananas (mashed) Icing 125 gr natural cream cheese 50 gr unsalted butter (soft) 240 gr icing sugar 1 1/2 tsp milk |

to Prepare |

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Whip the eggs and sugar together until light in colour and creamy. Add melted butter, cream, flour, vanilla sugar and mashed bananas. Pour the cake mixture in a 22 cm round cake tin with melted butter to grease. Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Icing: Beat cream cheese and butter until well combined. Add the icing sugar and beat well. Lastly add the milk and beat until smooth and creamy Add on cake when cake is cool. |
