Apricot Loaf Recipe
1 cup dried apricots 1 cup water, orange juice or 1/2 cup brandy and 1/2 cup water 1 cup raw sugar 2 cups sifted S.R Flour

to Prepare |
|
1. Soak apricots in water or alternative for at least 3 hours.
2. PLace soaked apricots and juice into bowl with sugar and flour. Mix well.
3. Place into greased loaf tin.
4. Bake in oven at 170c for 3/4 hour.
5. Cool and serve liced with butter.
