White Wine and Dill Chicken Skewers Recipe
2 Chicken fillets 1/2 Red onion 1/2 Capsicum
White wine & Dill Marinade 1 dl olive oil 3 garlic cloves (minced) 2 tbs ginger (minced) 2 tbs white wine 1 tbs dillweed 1/2 ts sugar (optional) Salt & Pepper

to Prepare |
|
Cut the chicken fillets in dices. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, add the chicken and leave in fridge from 1/2 hour - 24 hours (the longer the chicken marinades the more tasty and tender it gets)
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 min, add chicken, capsicum and onion on the skewers. Cook on barbeque and serve with salad.
