Guacamole Recipe 2 ripe avocado 2 cloves garlic 2 tbs chopped red chili's 1/2 ripe tomato 3 tbs lime or lemon juice 1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 dl chopped spring onion

to Prepare |
|
Slice avocadoes in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel and add to a mixing bowl. Mash the avocadoes with a fork. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl Chop the rest of the ingredients in small pieces and mixin with the avocadoes and garlic. Taste with lime/lemon juice and salt and pepper. If you want a more smooth guacamole you can add all ingedients in a blender. |
