800 gr potatoes (cut into wedges)

2 minced red chilies (without seed)

1 ts ginger (minced)

1ts sweet capsican powder

5 dl water

to Prepare |
|
1. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan or saucepan and fry the potatoes on medium heat for about 5 minutes while carefully stiring .
2. Add ginger, tumeric, chili, capsicum, chili pepper, musted and garlic, let cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Add water and a pintch of salt and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Turn the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
