Half cup Olive oil

4 Garlic cloves crushed

2 Red chillies
-
4 Table spoons Parsley chopped

2 Tea spoons black pepper
-
500g Spaghetti, cooked, drained and kept hot |

to Prepare |

Heat oil over moderate heat in small saucepan
-
Add garlic, chillies, parsley, pepper and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, or until garlic turns golden
-
Reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes

Remove pan from heat and dicard chillies

Place spaghetti in a deep dish and pour the sauce over

Toss mixture, coating spaghetti thoroughly
-
Serve immediately with crusty bread and tossed green salad |
