Oriental Lamb Casserole Recipe 500 gr diced lamb 1 zuccini (finely chopped) 1 red capsicum (finely chopped) 4 tbs red wine vinegar 3 tbs sugar 2 tbs soya sauce 1 large red 0nion 2 dl vegetable stock 1 ts grounded cardamom 1 ts cinnamon 1 ts capsicum powder 1 ts corn flour salt and pepper Serve with potatoes or rice Garnish with spring onion |

to Prepare |
|
Boil sugar, stock, vinegar, and soya. Add the meat and cook for 10 minutesAdd the rest of the ingredients and cook until meat is cooked and tender. Mix corn flour and water add to the casserole for it to thicken. |
