 How to Prepare

Cut the chicken filets in nice pieces. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir until all is mixed well. Add the chicken pices to the bowl and make sure all the pieces are coated with teriyaki sauce. Marinade in the fridge from 20 min - 24 hrs. The chicken will get more tasty and tender the longer it marinades, but if you are in a hurry 20 minutes will do to give the chicken some teriyaki flavour.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the chicken pieces, add only the chicken pieces and leave the sauce in the bowl. Let chicken cook until tender, add so the rest of the marinade and simmer until it thickens.

Serve with rice and vegetables or use it in a stir fry/wok. You can even use it in a fresh salad sandwich.
