 Ingredients

Austrian Goulash Recipe

  • 500 g stewing steak cut into 2.5 cm pieces

  • 500 g onions sliced

  • 1-2 table spoons paprika

  • salt and pepper

  • water

 How to Prepare
  1. Brown meat and onions in a little oil

  2. Add paprika, salt and pepper and water to cover meat (about 3 cups)

  3. Simmer until meat is tender

  4. Thicken with flour and water paste

  5. Serve with egg noodles, macaroni or dumplings and a green salad
